THERE'S A WHOLE LOT OF VENTING GOING ON AND HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING

My mental"database" automatically gathers information from my clients about what's going on with people out there in the big, bad world. This week has been all about heavy energy, frustration, imbalance and a whole lot of venting that's going on. People have been mentioning an inner emptiness that is very noticeable to them.

We are influenced by many things, including the media, and we are subject to subliminal messages and other clever, deceptive ways of distracting us from truth or what is really real.
Our inner consciousness knows better and can tell the difference. It KNOWS better, in case you missed that the first time. Call it soul, inner self, higher self or whatever. It KNOWS the truth. But we get conditioned (aka "programmed") to perceive things through the ego self or the desire self and that part of us DOES NOT always know the difference. Can you see the problem? The ego self doesn't mind walking around hypnotized or mesmerized. Maybe the ego self doesn't even notice a lack of truth. The contradiction is easily sorted out when you make an effort to perceive everything through the lens of the inner self or soul.

My plan of action this Thanksgiving is to feel GRATITUDE. I advise you to do the same. It is a wonder drug for whatever you are going through. Make a list or just think about the many blessings in your life. Don't do this just on Thanksgiving but make a habit out of it, once a month, once a week, once a day. You'll have more energy, sleep better and you won't feel the drain of resistance holding you back or lowering your energy. Connecting with those who share the light and the flow of Gratitude will be the ultimate pick-me-up needed to help you balance and feel clearer and healthier. If you are having trouble finding the blessings in your life..then you are perceiving things from the perspective of ego. If counting your blessings is easy, then you can be pretty sure you are adding things up via the inner self. You won't have any problem recognizing the difference between the two.

From Modern Fiction, Virginia Woolf''s essay in which she writes:

"Let us not take it for granted that life exists more fully in what is commonly thought big than in what is commonly thought small," and goes on to say that even the most ordinary things can be rife with "sudden flashes of significance."
