RECONSTRUCTION EXERCISES TO THINK OF IN 2013

As I look forward into 2013, I think of the quote I wrote down a few years ago.
"Remember, you are always the creator and never the victim.  Our choices and perspectives create our own reality." Also..."What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" ~Henry S. Haskins

As we are all going through an accelerated transformation in 2013, regarding our personal reality, some things will have to change.  Perhaps our personal views on how we see ourselves in area's of our work, friendships, and future existence and/or accomplishments in our life.
If you are feeling your life isn't working, as it used to, you are totally right! And it won't ever feel the same as it was before.  Am I being negative? I don't think so! I just want to be informative.  If your car crashes beyond repair, either you  get a new one... or don't...We do need to move on!

Exercises:

1.  Q... What has recently occurred in your life that has greatly upset you?
A... Make peace with your past so it will not screw up the present.  Get rid of anything that isn't useful beautiful and joyful.  Don't take yourself so seriously, no one else does!  Financial? Go look for new areas of work.  Remember, you are always the creator and never the victim.  Our choices and perspectives create our own reality.

2.  Q...What have you allowed yourself to ignore that is demanding your attention?
A...Finishing up old things that you have held onto for no good reason.  Maybe you are a pack rat?  Let go of "things" that no longer serve you.
Holding a grudge is letting someone live Rent-free in your head. Use your energies wisely...
If we fail to prepare...we prepare to fail. So take that next step.

3.   Q... What is your inner self trying to tell you about making changes in your life?
A... Start by letting go of your anxieties, problems, or tensions. Be still. Call on your higher self to motivate you into motion when it's time. Will anything matter after it's gone?
Sometimes, friends are the family we choose for ourselves.  It's easy to stand with the crowd, but it takes courage to stand alone.
Manifestation is the real key. You must put forth the effort. The idea is not to grasp, but to absorb it until it becomes a part of you.  Then move into physical action.  If you do not understand this, instead of going forward, you go backward.
Repetition too, works its way into the soul. Your efforts must be extended.  You simply must want harmony with the spiritual energy.
"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."

4.   Q...After some reflection, what new resolutions or decisions, based on soul quality, are you now prepared to make?
A...Do you know what a soul is?  If you do not, it is the spiritual principle embodied in human beings. A moving spirit; man's moral and embodied emotional nature. Or...an accumulation of an individuals experiences in his or her eternal living.
"Life is too short...Live it!"
