Many of you are acquainted with the term "Mercury Retrograde". It certainly can bring about a challenging time for all communications. Mercury, comes from the Roman God of commerce, travel, and industry. It's Greek equivalent is Hermes, the messenger of the Gods. Mercury Retrograde periods happen three to four times a year, and there's no reason to freak out just because one is coming up for us again.
If you want to plan ahead, and do your best to prevent derailment of your plans, it's important to prepare in advance for any challenging situations that may have to do with communications, legal issues, and contracts of any kind, such as travel, computers, machinery, and anything that has moving parts. You may be late getting where you need to go, or a check may be lost in the mail, the appointment got cancelled... and you never got the message.You get the idea. It can be very frustrating, even maddening.
However, be aware that this new period of Mercury Retrograde, between February 23rd and March 17th can also contain the potential for things to work out just fine. The delay in a project may help give you time to think it through before moving forward. Mainly because Mercury rules communication. Once in retrograde, (which is an illusion of moving backwards) it will be a good time to reflect on the past, and maybe have a chance to review a situation. This is not a time to zoom ahead, but to stand in place and reconsider, to look at yesterday and revisit. Friends that you haven't seen in a while could suddenly reappear during a retrograde. Rather than fighting against it and getting yourself into a frustrated state, hang back, and look back. Intuition can get very high in this period of three weeks, and even coincidences may be extraordinary. Just plan more carefully. Take a deep breath and pace yourself with ease.
