Your brain is a marvel. It sees images and remembers them. This three pound organ collects all kinds of information from which it can analyze, compare, measure, sort and more. Imagine...everythought, feeling, experience you've ever had is stored in there.
Research has proven that electrical impulses in the brain are chemically induced; that they are basically controlled by our thoughts! That's amazing because maybe it means that we really do have the power to change our mood and attitude; the way we approach life, from negative to positive; possibly even our makeup at a cellular level. Maybe all those thoughts are the power by which we mentally produce our experiences outside ourselves. If so, maybe by changing our thoughts, we can change ourselves and our experiences for the better.
I know those things are true. I also know that our memories include not just this lifetime but many others. And I know we have the power to recollect our divine origin, along with the ability to consciously remember our original oneness with spirit.
That's all fine and good as far as the positive thoughts and experiences are concerned but what about the negative ones? There are lots of them stored too and you have to wonder how they affect things at a cellular level, right on up to producing the kinds of experiences we have outside ourselves. No one wants to repeat negative experiences over and over again, yet we do.
I have written before about what a single thought can do; it has power and takes form. If one thought form is drawn to another, it get bigger. If they are charged with intense emotion and formed with clarity, they can last forever, or at least until we transform them.
You can and do take it with you, but you don't have to.
1. Re-think what you are thinking. Don't let those stray thoughts go flying this way and that, creating who knows what kind of chaos.
2. Re-think what you are feeling.
3. Change your "fright syndrome" to building up your power with joy and love. Change the feeling the opposite way: from hate to love, from sadness to joy.
4. Change the negative thought form into a positive one.
5. Build it tighter and higher, as you see beauty within you. Feel it!
6. See yourself surrounded by harmony, joy, peace and abundance.
7. Or......whistle a happy tune and sing to yourself.
Be up, positive, and with love you will be drawn to spiritually complementary forces. creating a large and powerful vortex of healing energy that can positively change you and those around you.
People of great faith pray for miracles can definitely be drawn to you if the thinking is clearly directed. Know exactly what you want. Be focused on "seeing" the desired outcome.
